not much to talk about....

thought i'd give another update...there really isn't anything exciting; just pluggin' away at summer classes and working indoors. i'll just give a quick synopsis...



1. the trip for my taiwan visit in october is still on. i have my vacation approved and cherry is planning on going come hell or high water. amanda won't be able to go because of work and finances...and i'm truly bummed about that...it just won't be the same. my friend mike is still a possibility and my brother david. we'll all be staying at my friend sunny's apartment. i can't wait!


2. my friend's move to texas fell apart after a week and she's now holed up in orlando. she moved rather abruptly after meeting someone online. we've talked since and to me....she's a lost soul desperately looking for something. i love her dearly and support her completely...i just don't like the choices she's making, but that's family...we all make choices our loved ones may not agree with, but you're still there for each other and that's how i feel with her.

3. my top choice for teaching is still alaska...specifically valdez, but i'm flexible. otherwise i'm looking into oregon, and wyoming. i'm also looking into china, japan, taiwan, and england too. if i do move out of the country again....it has to be an area that i can bring my dogs.

4. the dogs love to go camping, but then again they love to go anywhere with me. they've gone into canada and spent a couple of weekends in the u.p. of michigan. this next weekend we're looking to go to the northshore of minnesota.

5. discovered a place in wausau that sells bubble tea!! i find myself taking trips to wausau and coming up with excuses to go cuz going for bubble tea just isn't enough with gas prices these days.

otherwise, beyond this...not much out of the ordinary is happening. i've got to get my butt in gear and call my friend nancy...i've been very bad at keeping in touch....and with a few other friends too :)

hey...lettuce king guy in duluth...amanda has been way too nice in trying to get her message across. SHE'S NOT INTERESTED IN YOU NOR DOES SHE WANT TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU. PLEASE GET THE HINT AND QUIT BOTHERING HER...YOU'RE TURNING INTO A STALKER!! SHE THOUGHT YOU'D GET THE HINT WITH HER NOT RETURNING EMAILS OR CALLS IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS!!
